The book Two Envelopes offers guidance on personal reflections and conversations to have with your loved ones regarding your end of life plans. Although death is often an avoided topic of conversation, planning ahead can offer a great gift to the family or friends who will make decisions on your behalf after you are gone from this life. Whether you are making your own plans or interested in sharing the information with a loved one, join Pastor Megan for a book discussion regarding the book and end-of-life planning.

Join Joel Walther, Pastor Megan’s husband, for informal discussion about faith and life on three Thursdays in November. The topic will be the Christmas story. Meet at Bad Brewing (440 S Jefferson St) on November 5, 12, 19 (7:00 pm to 8:00 pm).
Join Pastor Megan for an Advent study using the book Christmas in the Four Gospel Homes. Author Cynthia Campbell reflects on the distinctive perspective of the birth of Jesus or the incarnation offered by each Gospel and imagines what the home of each Gospel writer might look like at Christmas. Sign up at the Connection Point by November 10 to receive a book; thanks to the generosity of the Smith Education fund, books are available free of charge.

Mason First UMC is a must-stop on Mason's Christmas Craft Show. This one-day only event includes homemade cookies and gently used holiday décor for sale. Lunch is served from 11 am- 1 pm, featuring homemade soups, hot chicken salad, Harvard beets, and yummy, homemade desserts. We hope you'll check us out! All proceeds go toward missions.
Bring your family and friends to the annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner! All are welcome to this free meal, offered by the Mason community.
Mason FUMC is again bringing salads. If you wish to donate, take your salad to the fairgrounds that morning.
Stop in during Mason's Light Parade to warm up, use the restroom, and grab some cookies and hot cocoa (or coffee). We welcome the community!
Enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast while listening to Christmas carols being played on the piano. Children will have an opportunity to visit with Santa to tell him what's on their list for this year. In addition, Santa's Workshop will be open for choosing the "perfect gift" for mom and dad. Everyone is welcome to attend!
Whether you’re a Euchre pro or just starting out, join us for a night of friendly competition, laughter, and delicious treats! Our Euchre night is held on the 3rd Friday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Please RSVP ahead of time by signing up at the Connection Point or calling the church office.

Mason Christian Child Care Center (MCCCC) is a fully licensed daycare that is currently enrolling in the preschool classroom.
